Germany: consumer electronics specialist DexxIT has added several brands to its portofolio, to answer more efficiently to the needs of the gaming market: BeQuiet! (cases and power supplies), LCPower (power supplies, cases, keyboards and mice) and Thermaltake (cases)1. Telecom and telephony specialist Michael Telecom has started the distribution of BeHello mobile accessories through its reseller network. Broadliner Siewert & Kau has strengthened its value business through the appointment of several new employees. Thomas Riedel becomes account manager value. Torsten Brehmer join its Dell expert team as focus sales manager. Finally, Annett Eichler replaces Nicole Tyrell as LG focus sales manager, Nicole joining the Dell team from now on. Storage VAD Starline Computer and broadliner Bluechip have announced that they would provide support and spareparts to bankrupt Transtec customers2. German AV specialist Comm-Tec has hired Samuel Haider as business manager for Western Austria. Samuel was previously working for BenQ, lately as display business manager. He works with Klemens Hinterberger, the sales manager for Austria. In Germany, telephony specialist Brodos has added insurance services from Wertgarantie to its portfolio1. Consumer electronics specialist DexxIT has inked a distribution deal with smart charger vendor Nonda2. PC component and peripheral specialist Ecom has been appointed official distributor by Gigabyte for its full motherboard offer. Telephony and telecom specialist Michael Telecom has started the distribution of discount mobile phone access provider Klarmobil.de3. Notebook broker Notebookbilliger has appointed Oliver Ahrens from Acer as its new CEO. Accessory and cabling specialist Wentronic has added UBtech smart robotics to its catalog. German consumer electronics specialists DexxIT and Difox (both part of Düttenhofer Group) have quietly expanded their portfolio with more vendors. DexxIT has strengthened its 360° photo portfolio with products from Acme, Easypix, Insta360, Kodak, Panoview and Zeiss, and started the distribution of Drobo storage systems. On its part, Difox has added numerous vendors over the past weeks: 3M (screen privacy filters), Allvision (camping SAT systems), Drift (action cameras), Dyon (camping LCD televisions), Exolens (cliplens for smartphones), Hisense (LCD TV), Holdit (smartphone cases and car mount systems designed and made in Sweden), Hoya (photo filters) and finally S+M Art (cliplens for smartphones). All these products are also available elsewhere in Europe through Difox offices in Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.

Consumer electronics specialist Dexxit has added the 360° VUZE 3D camera from HumanEYES to its new imaging portfolio. Accessory vendor and distributor Hama has appointed Markus Sommer as new manager for its Photo BU. Finally, cabling and connectivity specialist Wentronic has acquired Cellnet, an Australian counterpart, for an undisclosed amount.
